Replacement Cat?

I tried a quick search, but was wondering if anyone else has had their catalytic converter go (I'm at 87k on a 2001 quattro (225, O.CT chipped))? The dealer wants about 1200 just for the cats...I know Stratmosphere has a Milltek for about the same price...but does anyone know of any other reasonable alternatives? Even a full downpipe-back system would be fine with me, if it was the same or cheaper in price....

Um.. emissions warranty... they should have to replace it I would think...
