Some electrical problems...help!
Took the TT into the dealer to get the left headlamp replaced. Headlamp had about 7-8 star-like bursts. Replaced without question by the dealer.
I noticed some problems and some odd things that I didn't notice before, hopefully you guys and gals can help.
Problems
1 - left turn signal blinks at least twice as fast as the right one which seems normal - all lamps on the outside blink at same speed as the inside arrow.
2 - front left turn signal does not blink at all.
observations
1 - A red lamp from the underbelly of the ashtray is lit. actually behind the underbelly of the ashtray. Never noticed this before. Is this normal?
2 - When high beams are on, the fog lamps go out. Is this normal?
Before I call the dealer about the problems, I'd like to also know what is up with the two odd items, so I can give them a complete punch list.
Or if any of you know of an easy solution, please post as well.

These are normal. Don't know about the rest.
