Default I was considering this but dont want it to block the already limited rear view.

Default I dont want to rain on anyone's parade here but aside from aesthetics, have you considered function?

This spoiler isnt bad to look at, but its not where it needs to be to offer much in the way of downforce. It will work, but not as effectively as if it were 18" farther back or even as well as the Audi spoiler due to its location and angle of attack. Rear spoilers work on the "fulcrum/axis" principle like see-saws and teeter-totters when we were kids. The farther out you slide (away from the axis) on the teeter-totter the heavier you get. Slide closer in (towards the axis) you become lighter. A spoiler mounted closer to the cars center-line will by its very placement exert less downforce than an identicle spoiler placed more rearward. Coupled with a relatively "flat" surface and a small lip will never be even remotely as effective as one with a more aggressive angle located farther rearward.

If you want a spoiler for "looks" or just to have a spoiler this ones good as any... maybe better than some, arguably worse than others. But if you want stability at speed and rear-end downforce, this is NOT the way to go.

I HATE being the Grinch that stole Christmas!

Default I agree too...

The Grinch is right. Maybe it's my degree in Physics, but spoilers aren't
something to make a car pretty. I had a very different opinion when I was
12 years old -- I thought those 3-foot-high things on race cars and Plymouth
Roadrunners were really cool. Apparently some people still do. For a fun OT
link to find such weirdoes, click on the link below
[ haven't even ordered my TT... YET! ]

http://www.beaterz.com</a

Default What do you mean where do you get it...you're the one that posted the pics (more)

of the spoiler and grill. If you want them you should know where to get them. Audi offers a mod wing. If that's what you're asking about, go to your dealer.
Empty Nester Rocket
