Just to let you know-had a problem with a product I purchased from Stratmosphere.
These guys (esp. Bob) are excellent to deal with-they're sending me a better replacement free of charge. I felt compelled to post this because it's so rare today to get any after sale customer service.

Tells you something about their margins, doesn't it?
LOL...j/k...they are great to deal with. The only reason I haven't bought anything from them in a long time is because I already have their whole product line.
