...and the trouble continues
Yesterday I brought my car in for service - engine light came on and local dealer diagnosed the problem as either a bad sensor or a leaking hose associated with the turbo. Sensor replaced, hoses intact - engine light still on, car's performance still sub-optimal. Dealer is going to replace the ECU because they think that's the problem. I have my doubts about this, but we'll see what happens. If that doesn't fix the problem, I have no idea what will happen because the service department seems to have run out of ideas. Needless to say, I'll be driving my ford escort loaner a few more days, and I'm not very happy about all of this.
