It's part of my remote starter. A function on the remote runs the car for 2 min. when you remove the
key.
Be aware because of the way the TT is wired, this is not an easy task.
Much more involved than say an A4/S4.
Most others use the Bliz Timer or a variation of it.

I have a turbo timer function through my Clifford alarm. The apexi is very very good. Not that hard
...to install from what I've seen, more complicated on newer cars with CAN-BUS. I think the trickiest part has to do with the immobiliser.
