Weird request

I don't seem to be having any luck finding this on the web or audiworld itself. (I did find this for the A4, but it looks fairly different.)
My reason to ask for this is that I'd like to make a sig finally, and that was going to be part of the picture. I'll include the A4 example, so everyone knows what I'm talking about.
Btw, if there's some way to induce this on my display, could someone let me know? Might make a fun party trick at our next get together.

I think when you cycle thru the system checks this might display.
You know the two silver stalks at the bottom of the cluster (for ODO reset and setting the clock)? Try pushing in on the left one. Check the manual, it's got details on how to run thru the self test procedure.
