wheel offset..

i will be looking at wheels for the spring and was wondering what the offset would be for the max dish possible for 9x19 and 10x19. i will eventually have a big brake kit, so it would have to be able to clear that. i am looking at HRE's, my buddy has 4.25 in the rear, i know i cant pull that, but 3-4 would be nice
any input would be nice.

my 10" brock B2's have a nice lip with an ET30 >>>>

they're also offered with an ET20, but i've never seen anyone run 'em. have oem brakes so i can't speak to that issue.
