sorry if this is a repeat message . If your windows do not drop and raise when you open and shut the doors,or if the one touch does not work ,it's because the dealer(like mine did) has not reset them.First raise the window all the way up then release the switch then hold it up for 1-2 seconds ,this will reset it.
