Window problem, both driver and passenger side...

I have had this happened several times already, twice on the driver side and once on the passenger side. What it is doing is when the window is down and when I go to close it, I click the window button once, the window goes up half way or quarter way and then go all the way back down again. I click it again, it goes up half way or quarter way and down again, this goes on couple times and after a several attempts, it will go all the way up to its closed position.

I don't find this to be normal.. What could be the problem? Anyone have this problem before?

The window is binding. Probably need a new motor and/or regulator for each window. Somewhat common.

I've had....still have...this problem too

Got the dealer to check it out and they said they can't find anything wrong.

When it happens, instead of using the one touch, force the window up by holding onto the window switch. This will get the window closed, and after you turn your car off and then back on, the problem should go away.

If you have this problem, beware of another one that might occur.
When I open my door, the window drops a bit to (roadster). Well sometimes it doesn't get back up, and I basically leave the car parked with the window partially opened....easy target for thieves. So just watch out for this
