Window replacement.
I finally got my window replaced today. The guy that did it was telling me afterwards what a nice car it is. At first I figured it would be like all the other TT compliments. But he was talking about how well designed the door and window assemblies are. He said he has never worked on anything like it before; that usually things out of sight are very poorly designed. But in this case he said the inside was as well designed as the outside.
Makes me feel even better about owning a TT.

Gary, I was just thinking about my car today. The more I spend time with it, the more I appreciate the enthusiasm of the designers/engineers. Some people say it's losing some of its exclusivity, I don't care. What matters is that they built this car, and I have one.
It is such an incredible piece of animated sculpture (you and I know how fun it is to drive), it wouldn't bother me at all, to see more of them on the Camry/Accord/Taurus/SUV-ridden landscape.
I want to get a TTr next. I can't wait...
