Windshield

No matter how much I clean the frt. WS I can't seem to get rid of these tiny pin dots in glass. I think they're in the glass itself. When I bought car new I never seen them. And now at 55K I see more of these little dots. Any thoughts??

German windshields are soft....>

Probably replacement is the only option... Every Porsche (7) I've ever had, had the same problem...

Got mine from Audi dealer but here is one source.

TTschwing in KY if windshield is harmed. i.e. rock chip replacement is free, but since I don't have any visible harm to WS how would I get replacement for free WS,
