2009 TTS - DSG RECALL
Note to TT owners. The rumors are true. When Audi re-flashes your DSG control unit you will loose the gear indicator to the far left of your dash display. I complained as have other owners but was told tough stuff. Only way Audi might fix this problem is if enough owners complain to the district tech advisors. Or maybe a class action would get some attention - sign me up. You have to go over the heads of the dealers as they could give a _ _ _ _ less. I miss this feature, was really handy when tracking the car to know what gear your in when navagating turns with short straights. The loss of this function was done for the convience of Audi (a quick fix) not for the customer. Thanks Audi for DUMBING DOWN a sweet car.
