Bluetooth connection issue

Hi peoples, does anyone experience a sudden loss of Bluetooth connection once in a while? It would randomly turn off and can't be reestablished. When I turn off the car for a while and then turn on Bluetooth works. Anyway to stop this from happening? Thanks

Have you tried more than 1 bluetooth phone/source device to make sure it was the Audi?

No b/c On the screen, it says "Bluetooth is off." And when i try to turn on the Bluetooth, it doesnt do anything. When i plug in my phone via usb cord to listen to music from my phone, it doesn't read.

I have the same issue.
I have a 2023 Q5e
5months old
I see that the software upgraded on 12th Apr OTA
I have escalated the same with the customer care.
btw nothing helped so far
please update if any luck
