BT Android problem

Is anyone else having difficulties making and receiving calls via BT (while using VIBER or WhatsApp)??

I have:
1. Caller ID not showing (it says my name, as if I am calling myself)
2. sometimes cant accept call via steering wheel buttons (I have to accept call via my phone's touchscreen)

I have this same issue in my SQ5 when using Android Auto, I am unable to connect to the bluetooth system and accept the call as of a few weeks ago.

I thought this was a google issue?

Im just using the BT (bluetooth) connection since I dont have Android auto. The issue was ever since I bought my phone 6 months ago (s10)

But I can definitely say that this is Android issue since my old 6s iPhone doesnt have any of my problems.

(Move to Android they said)
