ADS Default coding on B8.5

ADS Default coding on B8.5
I have successfully coded Channel 66 to display "Efficiency" but am having issues getting the default to work. No matter what I set Channels 63-65, I get "Offroad" as the default (when I start the car) - and "Offroad" isn't an option on my display.
Here is what I have coded:
Set ADS to specific preset Comfort, Auto, Dynamic or Individual
[09 – Cent. Elect.][Security Access - 16]
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 63, 64, 65
Set to 01 - Comfort, 02 - Auto, 03 - Dynamic or 04 - Individual
For Display
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 66
Set to 47 for 5 options (E/C/A/D/I) to display, or as follows:
+1 = Individual
+2 = Comfort + Individual
+4 = Auto + Individual
+8 = Dynamic + Individual
+16 = Offroad + Individual
+32 = Efficiency + Individual
+64 = Race + Individual
** add these up and store in Channel 66 (47 will display E/C/A/D/I)
