Does anybody know the specific thresholds to trigger a: 17545, 17547 code

Does anybody know the specific thresholds to trigger a: 17545, 17547 code

System too rich (ADD)code from LTFTs? My IDLE LTFTs (block 32) are -6.8% and I am getting this code. Seems pretty low to trigger a code.

Check the freeze frame in the generic OBD-II for the value that set the code

Thanks, I will check that out. If you have multiple codes, is it the first code, or all codes?

The results look like this, which are puzzeling to me.

Looks like it tripped at -3.1% at IDLE for a rich code WTF?

it is the 7% that probably flagged code since it is equal on both banks good chane it is a vacuum leak or false air leak between air flow meter and turbos if you have access to smoke machine may be easy way to find it hope this helps

I just finished dealing with the 17535 code

I was getting it thrown on -15% and -20%.

7% is within spec., so I don't get it.

Things I went through on my 1998 A4 (I'm going to write up a FAQ on this soon): MAF,ECT,FPR,small vacuum lines,intake duct gasket,jet suction pump (purge valve),EVAP purge valve.

Changing ECT and checking for intake-vacuum leaks and maybe changing the intake duct gasket would be my first suggestions.
