Does anybody know the specific thresholds to trigger a: 17545, 17547 code

Looks like it tripped at -3.1% at IDLE for a rich code WTF?

7% is within spec., so I don't get it.
Things I went through on my 1998 A4 (I'm going to write up a FAQ on this soon): MAF,ECT,FPR,small vacuum lines,intake duct gasket,jet suction pump (purge valve),EVAP purge valve.
Changing ECT and checking for intake-vacuum leaks and maybe changing the intake duct gasket would be my first suggestions.
