Firmware Update Error
I have not used my vag cable in a while and I just currently downloaded the newest software and was instructed to update the firmware on the cable. every time I try and update the cables firmware it errors. Why would this happen? I am running vista by the way using my MacBook via Parallels.

No, it needs to be connected to a car.
Do you have any PC's that you can try using? If you run into difficulties, free to call us at 215-361-8942 from 9am-6pm EST M-F while you are in front of your PC, connected to a vehicle.
