Getting a interface error & it won't connect to the car.
I have the Twin USB cable. I was using verion 303 and just downloaded version 311-2.
When I test the COM port I am getting this box saying it's OK.

But when I try to connect to the car, I am getting this error box.

The cable is plugged in, my com port is OK and the ignition is on. Is my cable dead? What else could be the issue?

Re: For Twin USB - Download 409 - not 311.
You need the 409 version if you have a Twin USB. And you need to install the USB drivers and not select a COM port.

I guess I'm confused. When I go into the Options from the main screen,
the COM3 is the only port that will work. COM1, 2, & 4 say that they are inaccessible. I have the Twin-USB interface.
