What exactly do you expect to log from your fuel injectors?
The ECU knows how long it turns 'em on for (Group 002, field 3), but as far as actual quantity of fuel injected, there's no sensor for that.

Re: What exactly do you expect to log from your fuel injectors?
it seems like I have replaced everything that has to do w/ my problem. Spark plugs, fuel filter, MAF Sensor, o2 sensor, had everything under the hood smoked for leaks... 3 leaks found and all were fixed. I am just trying to find out why i get the lean code. If i erase the codes i'll be fine until i get on the highway and do 55, not even boosting full load, just babying it. my next guess: fuel pump/injectors are bad?

Have you done a full-load MAF test?
I know you said you replaced the MAF but it wouldn't be the first time that a replacement wasn't any good and 17536 is most often associated with a bad MAF.
Have you checked your fuel pressure?
What do you long term fuel trims look like after a few days of driving without clearing codes?

Re: Have you done a full-load MAF test?
well, i dropped my car off to a german specialist (who did my software and builds NOBLE M12's). He said he dropped a good MAF in there and tested it out but made absolutely no difference. How do you check Fuel pressure w/ VAG? what block to log for fuel trims?
