Keyboard control while logging?
Is there a way to use the keyboard to start & stop logging? Trying to position the mouse to do this is nearly impossible while driving. Then it should be possible to log solo.

We don't condone fiddling with your PC while driving.
There is no reason to start and stop a log while driving. Set up what you want to log while stopped. Then let the PC log while driving, and pay attention to your driving, not the PC! You can press the space bar to insert a "marker" in your log if something interesting happens, but beyond that, you should not be messing with the PC while driving!

Hitting a large key - say the spacebar to start-stop - is not fiddling
As it is now it takes two people to log. Starting logging while parked and then parking again to stop is even more dangerous because you have to pull off and on to the highway. Why is hitting the a key once to start & once to stop any more dangerous hitting the spacebar to insert a marker? You should consider implementing a one key start-stop for logging.

Why do you feel you need to start and stop while driving?
Start the log and let it run. Even on an ancient PC with say 1 GB disk, you could log continuously for many days before having any issues with disk space.
We feel there is a legitimate need to insert markers during logging when interesting things (such as driveability problems) occur so you can find those events again when you analyze the data later. We gave that function the largest target possible -- the space bar.
We do not feel there is any legitimate reason to start/stop or do anything else with the logging function while driving. If you feel the need to do anything else with it while driving, please use a second person!

Multiple runs - FATS times
It would be nice to automate other functions with simple keyboard shortcuts, like changing measuring blocks while driving. Is this anymore dangerous than tuning the radio?!
