Need help diagnosing a problem
A friend pulled up this fault code on my car, after my CEL light came on 2 weeks ago when I changed out my spark plugs. Please tell me it will not be expensive to repair. My car is a 1996 2.8 12v. I used Bosch Platinum with the 2-prong (can't remember the exact name or part numner) if that helps:

16785 - EGR System: Insufficient Flow

check to see if the EGR valve holds vacuum first...
if so, start the car, apply vacuum to it and see if it tries to die out. If it doesn't hold vacuum, replace the valve. If it doesn't try to die while running with vac applied, pull the valve and check for obstructions.
