Why does my central locking module lose coding?
My car is 2003 Allroad 2,7 Tip with Symphony Radio
As described in the Tech Section I entered 15977 for
Window control with remote, 1 touch unlock of all 4 doors,Horn sounds when arming,Lights flash when arming, Automatic door lock/unlock
It worked just fine. However after some time (it may be two days or ten days) Automatic door lock/unlock with speed function disables by itself without any reason; everything else fine.
I plug in again, the coding is correct. I erase the coding and re-enter it - and the function works again. For another several days till the glitch comes back.
Any ideas?

I am having exact same issues. On my A4 I used code 16236 and it worked for 5 minutes and then poof it's gone but the code remains.
The interesting is that my horn doesn't sound when I arm but panic sounds horn.
All this was workinig before taking to dealership.
