Background
This is the second B5S4 I've owned and hesitant to put this for sale.
I rarely ever drive this S4 anymore and would like to see it passed on to an enthusiast who can enjoy it and give her the attention she deserves.
Only 642 MY 2002 S4 Sedans were ever produced for the North American market.
Even fewer came with the factory sport trim and cold weather packages; making this quite rare.
Driving this car still puts a smile on my face and gets compliments all the time. However, my goals and interest have changed and it's time to move on.

Condition/Maintenance
* This is a 12yr old car and will have minor scratches and small dings.
* No rust, peeling paint or areas that I feel would need any immediate attention/repairs.
* No codes (except occasional 01367 central locking), CEL or other warning lights.
* Turbos pull strong and have anyways been properly warmed up/cooled down.
* The clutch engages and holds fine (no slipping), but being original, should eventually need upgraded along with some bigger turbos/fueling.
* Manual gear shifter is smooth, precise and not notchy, worn or sloppy.
* Everything works on the car and is in good condition. I am the third owner and it has been VERY reliable.
* All maintenance is current and documented (timing belt 19k miles ago)
* New battery and oil change February 2014
* I am the 3rd owner and bought the car 05/2010 from a local car enthusiast and AW/QW forum member. (I owned car for just under 4 years)
* Car owners were/are all mature adults and was always used as secondary car (never dedicated daily driver).
* No launches, drifting, street racing or abuse.
* Clean title in hand. No accidents/branding/etc. on Autocheck or CarFax.

Overall I would rate this car in above average condition both cosmetically and mechanically.

Wheels/Tires
Summer
* Wheels: 17" Authentic BBS RC (Curb rash on 2 wheels and several scratches on others: not bad from distance)
* Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 (tires have some tread left, but will need replaced soon)

Winter (currently installed)
* Wheels: 17" OEM Black AVUS B5S4 (Painted black by previous owner and still holding up quite well)
* Tires: Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D (tires are basically new and only driven in winter)

Condition Exceptions
* Pixels on center dash display are going bad (common issue)
* Front driver's side speaker crackles/distorted at low volume.
* Sizable scratch on front driver’s side fender (visible in pictures) and stone chips on the front bumper.
* Crack on the plastic cover for power steering reservoir (somewhat fixed with glue)
* Housing of the small electric fan in cracked (Was like this when I bought the car)
* Slight rattles from boost gauge and occasionally glove box squeak. (I’m extremely picky)

My intent is to show the actual condition of this vehicle with descriptions and images to disclose any cosmetic flaws or imperfections.
You are welcome to have car inspected prior to purchase (at your cost). Our dealership does offer PPI (Pre-purchase inspections) or you may have one done at dealership of your choice within reasonable and practical distance.
None of the images are touched up or enhanced besides adjustment of overall color levels (CTRL+SHIFT+L in Photoshop) and masking of VIN/serial numbers
