Default You could get that fixed if you want.....
A good shop will tell you if it is unfixable. If I were racing on it or travelling the Autobahnn, I would replace it, but on the US soil, I would have someone look at it.

Default it's fixable... I've seen that type of damage fixed before
Wheel Techniques in Campbell, CA (NorCal) can fix them and I'm sure other shops can too. Good luck.
