need help with boltpattern and offset, please

a friend of mine want some aftermarket rims for his -93 Chrysler Voyager but we don't know the boltpattern or the proper offset

do any of you guys know?
also, what other cars have the same boltpattern?

bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3. Offset should be around ET40.

FYI, this was for Town&Country in the US, but I'm assuming it's the same thing as Voyager.
