Screw in tire....is it patchable?

Argh, and these are brand new tires. :-( What do you think? Thanks
Andy
You might be able to plug the tire just to get you around until the replacement arrives. However this is NOT a long-term solution, and the tire should not be trusted with a plug.
If the tires are brand new, can you put in a claim with your credit card's buyers security program?
Look at the bright side -- your tires are new so you can just replace one of them. If they had lots of wear on them, you would have to replace at least two of them, and perhaps all four.
Cheers,
Peter

Deflate the tire. Unscrew the screw. Put the rope through the eyelet(you will understand when you get the kit), coat the rope with a lot of glue, insert rope into hole, just enought so it goes through leaving excess rope outside, pull eyelet out, and let the tire set overnight.
Cut of the excess rope sticking out of the tire with razor blade. Inflate tire, put wheel on car and run it. Check pressure every day for week.
I have run mine repair for 4000 miles including auto-x and it still holds pressure.
