Zach and Jess’s Audi A6

Let's start the list off with one hell of a road-tripping, matte green station wagon. The body is completely vinyl wrapped in a dark matte green shade and the wheel wells have oversized guards, really emphasizing its euro-spec heritage. Its DTM LV 19”x9.5” gunmetal wheels pair well the matte finish. While the drop does make it seem as if it impractical to drive, car owners Zach and Jess from Precision Wheels say its daily driven and rides just fine. So fine, that they’ve added an additional roof rack storage compartment, as well as a tow-bar.

Audi Exclusive Emerald Green Pearl S7

Check out this Audi exclusive emerald green S7. This shade of green is a one-off color, which has left many Audi enthusiasts shaking their head wanting to know the secret to this color combination. Back in 2013 this Audi S7 was listed for just shy over $147,000 and was probably the only opportunity for anyone to own a green car this perfect.

Audi Exclusive Java Green RS6

It seems the more I learn about Audi exclusive colors, the more I’m convinced green is the perfect Audi color. Java green, which is probably unheard of in most Audi circles, is a color that manages to provoke such a thought. Its slightly darker undertone mixes well with the pearl top-coat, adding a flair of both aggression and beauty to the vehicle. You see this quite well with the RS6 as the Java green seems to add just a little more “umph” To the overall look of the wagon.

XXX Performance R8 V10

XXX Performance’s Audi R8 is no stranger to the spotlight. Finished around 2012, the car was used to showcase XXX Performance’s new R8 upgrade package. This package consisted of a wonderfully low H&R coilover with air-ride suspension system, custom matching wheels and paint, as well as a retuned ECU. The drop directs the flow and shape of the car closer to the ground, while the bright lime-green, with matte black color combo, makes sure to grab your attention.

1978 Audi Fox

Now’s a good time to pay homage to one of Audi’s classics, the Fox. Considered to be one of the first Audis Americans over the age of 40 would actually remember, the Fox was one hell of a grocery getter. Its straight and boxy design made for a crisp in-between rendition of a luxurious compact car. The GTI version pictured here used an inline-four 79HP engine, which was more than enough to get by in the seventies. This classic is painted Audi’s Signal Green and is a sight to see if you ever venture to Audi Museum in Ingolstadt.

Plasti Dip’s Accidentally Beautiful Custom Green Audi S3

Plasti Dip is one of those things you either love or hate. Some see it as a cheap alternative to paint, while others see innovation. I myself do love a good Plasti Dip application, and this S3 is a great example of what I mean. Following the footsteps of many artists of the past millennia, Plasti Dip frontman “Fonzie” took the time to experiment and throw a bunch of shades together to see what the outcome would be. The result was a green, very similar to Audi’s Viper Green, except with a slightly darker hue and a little less emphasis on the pearl. It's definitely an awesome car to look at and a great example of what Plasti Dip can do, when done right!

Audi A1 Quattro

It seems that the Audi A1 tends to be a bit of an unknown model, with more people placing emphasis on the S-series or infamous R8. But this little car has a lot more going on than many are lead to believe. Its tiny size makes it the perfect chassis for its 249 hp engine with 258 ft-lbs of torque. That’s right, these little things run 0 - 60mph in 5.6 seconds flat. Add that Audi also implemented its patented Quattro drivetrain system, this is a must-drive car.

2005 Audi TDI Avant Wrapped Wagon

Not too many details exist about the owner of this dumped wagon, but it sure has been the subject of debate in countless forums. Personally, I love the rough look of the matte green, along with its crazy drop. As with VW fashion, Its drop is made possible by the Airride GAS Variant suspension system. Bentley Muliner 9x20” wheels hug the bottom of the chassis and create quite the contrast with the dull olive vinyl wrapping. There are countless subtle details around the entirety of the car that can make you like or hate it. I think it just adds the this TDI’s “teenage charm”.

Audi S1 Hatchback

More or less a Euro-Spec exclusive, the Audi S1 seems to be the perfect combination of compact and performance. It's similarly sized to a Golf GTI, but under its hood is the powerful 231HP engine with 272lb-ft of torque. If that wasn’t enough, this baby has Audi’s wonderfully designed quattro drivetrain system, along with a Haldex coupling that allows up to 50% of the power to transfer directly to the rear wheels. The signal green version pictured is, as are several of the cars here, an Audi exclusive color.

DirtFishes Malchate Green Audi Sport Quattro

Any fan of rally or automotive engineering should already have some sort of soft spot for the original Ur-Quattro and Sport Quattro cars, and if you don’t, prepare to fall in love. The Sport Quattro was a by-product of the of Group B rally racing. It was built and tuned as a driver’s car, producing just over 300HP and 270lb-ft.  The chassis, fenders, and wheelbase were all either shortened or lightened resulting in a production car that was 800 lbs lighter than their economical variations. However, the most important aspect is its 4WD capability, which combines the nimbleness of a lightweight chassis with the traction of an all-wheel-drive machine. This particular Malachite Green Sport Quattro has had three owners and has been used quite extensively with just over 127,000 miles on the odometer.
