99 Quattro 1.8t engine problem

Default 99 Quattro 1.8t engine problem
Hi have a 1999 A4 B5 quattro and issue im having is starts and idles perfectly but as soon as you crack the throttle it dies ?? i have tried easing throttle on and it gets to 1400 rpm and dies

need help what could it be??

I have the exact same problem/ Did you find out what was causing it?

Have you checked the vacuum hoses? First thought is you have a broken hose somewhere.

turned out to be a throttle adaptation and all is good
