Default A4 B5 1.8 20V - TBA not available

Greetings from Czech Republic, I am newbie here, so for the first time I must apologize for my terrible english.

I have Audi A4 B8 1.8 20V with ADR engine. My car dont have any problems with engine, also the RPMs at iddle is OK. But I am unable to do throttle body adaptation.
This function worked at my car w/o problem, but not now. I cannot find where is the problem.

If I try to do TBA, I will see the procedure for a split of second and the TBA ends with error - Group 098 not available. Last time, when TBA works, I must several clicks on start button and finally the adaptation was OK.
Now, I can click on start button again and again - may be for the end of my life and nothing will happen

1. No DTCs in ECU or any other control unit - I did not see any DTC even with autoscan function
2. The ECU is Bosch Motronic M3.2 (8D0 907 557 C)
3. I have checked the wirings from ECU to throtle body - every single wire is OK
4. I have tried other ECU (same number) - without change
5. I have tried other throtle body - without change
6. The throtle body is clean as a word of God. Mechanically it works freely, has no damage inside.

I do exactly the same procedure as I find at the RossTech wiki - warmed up engine, battery voltage >12V, deleted adaptations, no DTCs in ECU memory - nothing.

If I disconnect the battery (for about 20 minutes) and connect her again, I have see at group 023 that TB adaptation status is 010100, if I try to do TBA the status will change to 001111.

Informations from label file:
"023,0,Throttle Body Adaptation Information
023,1,Adaptation Status,,Specification: 100000
; 0xxxxx - Throttle Potentiometer adjustment with Idling Potentiometer not OK
; x1xxxx - Throttle Body Adaptation not OK
; xx1xxx - Learning process Max. Position Throttle Potentiometer not OK
; xxx1xx - Learning process Min. Position Throttle Potentiometer not OK
; xxxx1x - Learning process Max. Position Idling Potentiometer not OK
; xxxxx1 - Learning process Min. Position Idling Potentiometer not OK
023,2,Throttle Body,Min. Position,Specification: 70...93 %
023,3,Throttle Body,Emergency Stop,Specification: 67...83 %
023,4,Throttle Body,Max. Position,Specification: 8...39 %"

At group 098 I see this:
throttle pot voltage 1: 4.380 V
throttle pot voltage 2: 3.560 V
operating mode: idle
Basic setting status: OK

When I tried to do TBA, the "basic setting status" was changed to ERROR. So I OFF the ignition and then ON - "basic settings status" is OK now.

The car works well, without problem - but this imperfection really irritates me . I will be glad for every ideas. Here is noone in my country, that could help me.
Thanks, Nak

If its not out of adaption than maybe it wont perform it. There are also a host of perameters that must be met, not over or under a certain coolant temp, battery voltage up enough, and a few others. If the car works fine stop messing with it, the adaption is not something needing done regularly like some kind of maintence item. Its rarely needed, usually during replacement of the throttle or ECU, or a loss of battery power for a very extended time and the keep alive memory in the ecu is lost.
