Hi I am new to the Quattro b5 and I am changing the steering rack at home, and my steering column to steering rack assembly, where the T45 torx built is it wont sllide out I have tried everything.. I got the nut off also. Thank you

With the nut off turn the wheel so the head of the bolt is facing down. Once complete, use your T45 wrench and attempt to turn the fastener to the left. If that does nothing try to turn it to the right. This is an eccentric bolt and depending on the way the bolt was turned against the shaft it could come out by turning either way, the opposite of the way it was installed. I just finished this project myself. if you have any questions ask away.
