Default Only one of my wheels turn.

My passenger wheel turns left and right, my driver side stays straight. It's difficult to reverse. I haven't looked underneath my car yet, but looking to do so soon. I'm not knowledgable on this sort of problem. I notice my v-belt is loose and I know it turns my power steering pump. Could this cause my problem? Any other ideas on what it could be? Steering wheel doesn't feel stiff, and I just had a transmission swap with computer re-flashed.

You have had either the inner or outer tie rod come apart on the driver's side. The two sides are linked mechanically together though the rack and tie rods. You can't drive it in this condition, and you are really lucky it didn't come apart at speed, it can get really exciting really fast. I would suggest checking the other side also, it is usually not far behind.
