So my 2003 Audi A4 starting making a noise that kinda did make my car sound like a diesel engine.. Mechanic looked at it said it was the alternator replaced it brand new one noise still there. he said it was the power steering pump so replaced it with a brand new one and the noise is still there.. he says we have to flush out the pump 5 times and the noise should stop but the fluid is $25 a can is this all true or is it another issue
