Hi Everyone,

I just replaced the LPFP on my 06 A4 Avant BPG. It ran fine for 20 minutes, then died and will not start. I've done this job before on other cars and am confident I completed it correctly. Duty cycle at 80% and a CEL is what prompted me to replace it.

I have a question about my log in VCDS; I measured block 230 for rail pressure . During starting I get a specified pressure of 49.9 but my actual rail pressure is 1.3 - is this normal for a cold start?

As a side note - the previous owner had replaced the LPFP back in 2010 and didn't have the correct tool to remove the fuel lines and hamburger'd the ends a bit. They click in an establish a firm connection. I'm just afraid a kink might have happened before and I exagerrated it.
