Update on the hard starting problem
Based on info obtained from CJ Miller's Web page (thanks alot Chris) I removed the FPR and made some adjustment with the internal spring pressure, first, by turning clockwise direction. Putting it back and tried starting the car but the car won't start, so I removed the nut holding the return line (to fuel tank), and saw fuel flowing out from the FPR. Again adjusting it toward anticlockwise direction. Still no good, although the engine almost catch it. My conclusion was, as a result of the weak spring pressure, it can't hold pressure (leaking FPR?), thus not enough fuel going to the injectors.
Therefore, I have no choice but to replace it(have already order it).Hopefully, this would solve my hard starting problem. Any comments, suggestions on this would be much appreaciated? Tom?
Thanks for your response.<p>ali
