2011 A4 Quattro Automatic jerks at low speeds
I'm an Audi newbie. I just bought a CPO A4 with 40K miles and noticed that when driving at low speeds (< 20) in stop and go traffic, it will hesitate and jerk upon acceleration. This happens about 60% of the time. I also have a problem with it "braking" when I take my foot of the gas at the same speeds. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the hesitation/jerk forward may just be the turbo kicking in. In stop and go traffic I am really gentle on the gas pedal to avoid this.
The "braking" sounds like it might be normal too. I believe since its a triptonic transmission, it slightly engine breaks similar to a manual transmission when you take your foot of the gas (although not as extreme as a manual). It also seems like it does this a little harder if you are in sport mode, so don't use sport mode if you are in stop and go traffic. Honestly you will probably get used to this within a few days and learn to use it to your advantage to help save your brakes a little.
The engine braking on the A4s is very mild and smooth compared to some other cars... if you ever had driven a BMW 3 series from the 2010s, you would know what I am talking about. The engine braking in the 3 series is so severe that people have complained it makes them nauseous.

I have a 2011 A4 I bought new in 2010. I also had the jerking problem with it, until Audi came out with a transmission re-programming fix about two years or so ago. I haven't had that problem since.
