Tsunzo

hi guys so i just installed the go fast bits dv+ diverter valve and now its making a flutter sound everytime i let go of the gas. i am guessing its a compressor surge and is bad for the turbo. before i installed this i thought the old dv was bad because after i installed a K&N air intake i start to hear a very unstable wind sucking sound like the wind is being flapped. could a boost leak cause flutter maybe? i am thinking maybe i had a boost leak all along. any input?
