I have a 2013 allroad, 2.0T, but I figured I would post here because this forum probably gets a little more traffic. I'm getting a low oil pressure light only when the car is fully warmed up and only at idle. Both sensors are verified good, and when the light comes on oil pressure reading is 10 psi.

my Indie mechanic wants to replace the oil pump, but I want to know if there is any thing else it could be and how to check for it.

The car runs fine otherwise, and the oil pressure is fine through all the RPM ranges except idle. Anyone have any ideas?
