Homelink "system unavailable" trying to program?????
So, just brought home a sweet 2012 Prestige C7 3.0T with 59,000 miles on for the wife and trying to program the Homelink. It's not like I've never done this before, Its our fourth Audi, but when trying to program the Homelink, I get the warning that "system is not available at this time" on the screen as soon as I try and program one of the buttons for the Doors. No matter what I try this keeps coming up. Fuse is good, even checked it with an ohm meter.
Tried to clear existing codes and get the same warning too. The home link buttons do not light up either.
Any Ideas before calling the dealer and looking stupid for something I'm overlooking?
Thanks in advance.

Check the connection to the homelink transmitter behind the front grill. Mine did the exact same thing and that connector had come loose. The dealer had replaced my grill under warranty and had apparently not seated the connector completely. Good luck!
