Price seems a bit high. I purchased a '13 Prestige A6 with 16K miles and just about every option except a Sport Package and window shades for $51.5K in Connecticut.

I have been in the market for the past 2 months for basically this car. The best deal I have seen on a CPO A6 Prestige is from an Audi dealer out in Great neck. The car was $39,657 firm, 22k miles, Side Assist, LED, Sports package, 61k window sticker.
We ended up purchasing a non-CPO Prestige w/ a hair under 25k miles from a Mercedes dealer here (57xxx msrp). It was light as far as options, only Prestige and Side Assist. They were asking a hair under $41k and I was able to negotiate it down to $38k and a very fair deal on my trade. We have decided to get an extended warranty from Troy instead of going the CPO route, but either isn't a bad option. Overall we weren't too impressed by the CPO vehicles, most seemed fairly lax in their certification. Keep in mind, the car can have around 50% tread and 50% brake life and still qualify as CPO. As always, get a PPI even if the car is CPO.

With the caveat that none of these online sources are necessarily accurate for any given car I am surprised at how poorly b&o (or b$o) holds up.
here's a website I like for used car values:
