Dunno what to tell you.
Thanks for the effort; appreciate it. Perhaps it is not quite the same then.

I'll see what the dealership says!

Hey McFuzz, made an account to reply. I am getting a noise very similar to yours. Seems to be a light buzzing sound coming from the front left, most noticeable from around 40-70mph, changes pitch with speed and nothing else.

The dealer in my case replaced the wheel bearing, which has greatly minimized the noise but it is still there although very faint. I will try playing around with the steering column adjuster.

Thanks for the feedback! Interestingly enough, my advisor said the wheel bearings checked out... I'll pass the info along and see what he has to say about it tomorrow.

So I passed the info along to my SA; he says he's pretty sure the wheel bearings have been checked when the steering rack has been replaced but nevertheless, they will re-examine the issue when I stop by next Wednesday and will try to get to the bottom of this. I have a feeling they'd go ahead and replace the wheel bearing(s?) for ****s and giggles...
