See pages 9 and 10 of my writeup on changing the bulbs

In the figure on page 10 note that there are two clips which hold the bulb in position. There is another photo on page 13 showing the driver's side bulb. If these clips are not fastened properly the bulb can shake.

yes it does, i never had a probelm until the auto body replaced the bulbs. I also had a replacement entire light and light housing put in on the passenger side, after I was HIT. The colors of the xenons were off so i had a light put in the drivers side ever since it had a slight shake to it. colors are right on though

Interesting.... My 2006 had the same issue. Even had the lights replaced by the dealer but the flickering never stopped. Drove me nuts especially when following a car and you can notice the lights flickering. The Audi dealer told me that it's the auto-leveling feature, constantly correctly the angle.
My 2009 never exhibited this issue. I hope you find a solution to this issues, especially since you didn't have the problem before the bulb replacement. One area to look at would be your auto-leveling sensor. Also your lens could be lose from the pivot points and is vibrating.

I had a similar issue but mine was a broken top bolt holding the headlight. Body shop couldn't figure it out. So I inspected the headlight and found that bolt looked to fine but it wasn't. The bolt tight into the adjusting nut hit the frame where the bolt broke. So I had to drill it out and die thread out again. DYI under $10(Body Shop $185).
Check the bolts holding the headlight housing. Since you say that you where hit on the passenger side and had the headlight replaced. Maybe the impact just crack one of the bottom bracket. If that turns out to be, Audi sell a repair kit for the bracket.
Also check the ignitor latch is install correctly. Make sure the cable is under the latch. If not you'll see the light flicker in movement.
