Navigation has no clue where I am

Recently my navigation on my 05 A6 has apparently gotten lost, it still shows me driving around but unfortunately not where I'm actually at for some reason. Right now it shows me in a different state. I did notice that it shows no received satellites which is obviously a problem but I have no idea why. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

sounds like your integral GPS receiver has died (the constellation has not, I assure you

or the L-band antenna connex is fubar.
