I was looking under the hood and I don't know if I just broke it, or it was already broken. Does anyone know of a fix for this without having to replace the intake hose?

It supplies fresh air (clean air after air filter) to the PCV system to help to remove moisture and fuel residues from the engine oil.
You may insert a metal pipe and jb weld it.
Or you can check Audi part store if it is available as a replacement part.
