Yes they will fit fine since they are a 42mm offset and standard 5x112 bolt pattern. To be sure can you link to exactly the wheels you are referring to?

Why would you put 18's if the car came stock with 19's?

Those will fit just fine. Be aware those are NOT OEM R8 wheels, but are replicas. Also, you will need hub adapters, since the center bore on those is 66.56

I have the same looking rims for my winter tire setup.

Here is what they look like on a black 08 S6.
