Default self caused problem with a penny

So I'm driving along and need to charge my cell phone. Plug in to cig lighter socket and nothing. Looked inside and found a penny. (I keep change in ashtray). Trying to fish it out, I see a spark and blew a fuse. No big deal, I'll use the rear cig lighter socket until I stop for lunch.

Despite having blown the same fuse and replaced it last year due to the same problem, I can't seem to locate the right fuse. I'm pulling some fuses out holding to the light to see if one is blown. Didn't find it but back driving, I see the ESP light on. Hmmm. One of those fuses I pulled out must have put back in the wrong slot.

OK, not too much snow and ice driving to need ESP this time of year, (especially in Charleston, SC) so I don't worry about it until I get home. This weekend, I did find the right fuse for the cig lighter. (#3 in the yellow section).

However, checking anything to do with the ESP, I see #8 in the blue is for ESP sensor and #9 in blue is ABS for cars with ESP. Neither are missing and they are both good. Can't find any other fuse that seems to be missing.

Looking at the panel diagram and book, nothing lists ESP.

Any thoughts? No snow and ice for a while so I can live with it but since I know I caused this myself, I'd like to know what I did.

I had ABS/ESP light on a while back. I recall pulling, cleaning and reseating the ABS fuse. Light hasn't been back since. There could also be a loose wire or dirty ABS sensor triggering the light. Those are quick to pull out (1 torx bot if I recall) and clean. I'd replace the "good" ABS fuse with a new one and see if anything happens.
