Very common:
audipages Unclogging the A8 Evaporator Drains
Apparently a few blokes have had success removing the drain covers from the central plenum drains lately, so have a route around in 'search'.
SilverD2 also has a different method for clearing that centre drain...

FWIW.. this has yet to be figured out.
Search hasn't come up with anything since I asked this same question last year.
This is about the back seat carpets getting soaked in lieu of the rear AC vents dribbling.
The forward cowl vents flow like the Mississippi.
Not so for the back seat (expletive) setup. pc

Ah, I see...
I thought you were talking about your plenum (cowl) overflowing and how to unblock the drains...
Right - well the answer to yours is this - you need to vac out the water with a wet vac with a bit of tubing or hose taped to the end of it - either that or you need to remove all the HVAC tubing from under the seats and in the centre console, which will be more trouble than its worth...
The only way water can get into that under floor and centre console tubing is via the front HVAC chamber behind the dash. Prevention is to make sure the HVAC and plenum drain tubes are clear of blockages, that's the only way water can get to the rear vents.

I figured it out
I had this same problem and unail recently thought the cowling drain were just being blocked. Was playing around under the hood 1 day and decided to detail the **** outta it, noticed leaves under the cabin fresh air intake box pulled some out then started running a hose in to stir it up while draining it out so it didn't over flow into that important box of computers and such. Also had a kick panel off with a hose draining ovreflow into the box, with a bit of messing and stirring around it must have loosened some leaves and all came gushing out.
Give it a go.
Give it a go.

Also just close the vent in the mean time to stop it coming out with acceleration.
