after doing a bit of reading I think you do need to update your software.
If you have vcd you could check your coding address 76
this is mine below working optical sensors.
But from memory I do not think I did any coding for it.
ddress 76: Park Assist Labels: 4E0-910-283.lbl
Part No SW: 4E0 910 283 C HW: 4E0 919 283 C
Component: Parkhilfe 8-Kan H12 0040
Revision: 00H12000 Serial number: 08720814901583

Remember that you should do every update between 1110 and 4610. Every second version have different updates. Installing strite to 4610 will miss some updates.
And second thing you need to enabled grafic park assist in green service menu.

That is not true. 4610 has all updates and it doesn't require any lower update before it.

As others have commented, important for any MMI software issue and update to know where the location for the car involved.
On updates for a North America one, opinions and experience varies on this some, but at least one Audi TSB says in certain cases (with older ones basically), you are supposed to go through 3360 first before 4610. It comes up if the "SWIndex" shown on the "Interfacebox" screen is below 1070. The instructions don't point there, but probably what most of us just think of as the MMI version number (11.1.0 in that format). OP's screen for that says he is at 1110, so at least for North America ones the cumulative update norm through 4610 should work. Like Misha said, in general 4610 is otherwise cumulative. Just have to be careful with older ones. The "old" rule about having to pass through sequential versions, especially with the flawed 4140 fiasco if you didn't do 3360 first, is no longer the overall approach once using 4610 disks. See this TSB about the 4610 update: http://uberlame.com/a6_tsb/MMI/MMI%2...0procedure.pdf Third and fourth (unnumbered) pages get into the nitty gritty of the older year watch areas and how to identify which one/version you have.
Again, these are all North America version references. For OP, to move to and past 3360 (as in 4610), you also need at least a v5 Nav disk. Also covered in the linked TSB above (p. 3). If your car is a 2006 North American model, you should already have v5 or v6 so that box is checked here. For quick background 3360 was kind of the gateway to the newer era where "lawyer" screen up front got pushed much deeper, most bugs by then were resolved, and AMI connected music devices (iPods, etc.) got enabled if the hardware is installed.
Finally, for OP or others, if all this sounds foreign or too convoluted, besides thanking Audi, I would not be fooling with MMI updates. Mistakes can lead to expensive bricks. Many have done it successfully, but it means following the available instructions and (at least a lot of us think) using the (inexpensive) genuine disks available from the dealers.
