It's written in theBentley service manual. I am not at home so I can't help you. Maybe it just pulls away with a trim removal tool?
Mine have some bubbling too. I'm waiting for rust to show before sanding and repainting.

There is one screw behind the chrome trim below, the parts not expensive so with complaining about the corrosion you may get it for a decent price
