Successful wouldn't exactly be the term that I would use.... but thank you for the kind words. Haha.

Default Found RS4 front brake setup on Ebay, for those interested

For those interested, I did find an ebay seller for the front brake set up used above. This set is from a 2007 RS4. It ain't cheap at $2,250 (fronts only - rotors and calipers). I have no idea if stock wheels provide adequate clearances or if the caliper bracket on the D3 would work -- mods maybe required. At least they are 6 piston Brembos so the clamping power has to be pretty impressive.

Interesting mod for those with some time and deeper pockets...

Those are nice brakes. 365 mm semi floating rotors and 8 piston Brembo calipers. Good part is that they can run 18" wheels. Bad part is price. For just $200 more one can buy them brand new from audiusaparts.com. Everything more than $1000 for used is too much.

That green color is very cool! The stance is not my cup of tea, but it's your car..
43 cars and 22. So, assuming you started buying cars at 16, that's an average of around 50 days per car. Impressive!

If you are looking for really big brakes - look in my signature - selling mine.
